Cut the corks: Cut the corks in half so they lay flat; we crafted a holder to keep the corks in location to cut them safely. Pointer: steaming the corks will make them much easier to cut.
Line the tray:
Line a tray with corks up until the whole surface is covered. Ensure the corks are level so your drinks will not spill.
Cover the corks with epoxy:
Put epoxy resin over the corks to make a water resistant seal.
Blow dry the epoxy resin:
Use a hair dry to get rid of air bubbles to speed up drying time. Allow to dry completely before utilizing.
Apply hot glue to the corks:
Now move onto the rollercoasters. Apply hot glue to the back of each cork.
Line the coasters:
Place the corks so they line the surface area of the rollercoaster. Ensure the corks are level so your beverages won’t spill.
